Shipping & Handling

All iPhoneChains are shipped via United Stated Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. All US orders will include a $3.50 S&H charge for every item ordered. 

We now ship internationally and we are adding countries daily!  If you do not see your country as an available shipping location, please contact our customer service department to have your country added.  International orders will include a $10 S&H charge for every item ordered.

We also have expedited shipping available through Federal Express.  Please contact customer service to make arrangements for expedited shipping.

30-Day No Questions Refund Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for any product that has not been used. All returned product must be a like new condition without any visible signs of use. In order to initiate a return, simply send us an email and put 'REFUND' and your Order Number in the subject line of the email message. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the iPhoneChain you are returning is carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all items you are returning as we are not responsible for lost iPhoneChains coming back to our warehouse. A 20% deduction will be made in the refund amount to offset the restocking costs. Additional deductions may be made based on the completeness and condition of the returned product.

All iPhoneChains are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. iPhoneChain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to iPhoneChain to receive a replacement. 

1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty

Any iPhoneChain will be replaced if it fails to perform as advertised during the 1-year period following the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to establish the one-year warranty period. In order to initiate a replacement warranty, simply send us an email and put 'REPLACEMENT' and your Order Number in the subject line of the email message. We will send you a response with a Returns Authorization Number included.  When you return the product, be sure to include the Returns Authorization Number, the defective product and a copy of your proof of purchase to the Returns Address below. We will send a replacement product back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the iPhoneChain product.

Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent to our warehouse. However, our orders typically ship out the day after the order is placed and iPhoneChain cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us. Please order carefully, and if you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Send us an email and put 'CANCEL' and your Order Number in the subject line of the email message.

Refund Policy

iPhoneChain will refund any order in accordance to our 30-Day No Questions Policy defined above. After the initial 30-day post purchase period, no refunds will be made.
